ATTN: 4th Grade Families

It’s almost that time to say goodbye to OB and we would love to put a sign for your kiddo in your yard to celebrate! Please fill out the form HERE for a sign to be delivered around May 22nd and picked up around May 30th from our volunteers! The form must be completed no later than Friday, May 17th, to be included in the volunteers' delivery schedule.
